Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! We just came home with some free cupcakes for our family. They are so yummy. And i finally got to try the Ultimate Brownie. It was worth the wait! So glad you are now here in IF. However, my waistline and pocket book will probably not feel the same.
Yum, yum my daughter brought me a wonderful spicy hot chocolate. I will be stopping by for more of that on cold days for sure. We sampled a couple of cupcakes too. Snickerdoodle was really good. I may have to order some cupcakes for holiday desserts. Saves me time baking and your cupcakes are beautiful.
My husband and I live in Washington DC, the cupcake capital of the world. Last weekend, we sampled cupcakes from the three "top" cupcake shops, including the infamous Georgetown Cupcake. After we finished our cupcakes, we both looked at each other and said, "Still not as good as the Cocoa Bean." In fact, we found the Georgetown cupcake to be dry and puny. We used to live above your shop on College Ave and enjoyed your delicious treats once (or twice sometimes! Yikes!) a week. Rexburg has a gem, that's for sure! Come to DC; you'd put them all out of business! We just thought you'd like to know :)
I love cake. I love cupcakes. I am so happy you opened in Idaho Falls. However, I'm not happy that you don't have cupcakes all day. When your store is open until 10 or 11PM, I expect to be able to have the regularly scheduled cupcakes until then. However, more often than not, by 6:30PM-ish you're out of over 50% of your supply with no plan of replenishing. I love being your customer, but I'd like to be a happy one when I come in at 7:00PM to get a "Death by Chocolate" instead of a disappointed one.
